The Ministry of Justice will improve the mechanisms for providing administrative services in the field of state registration.

On May 13, 2020, by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the field of state registration”, the changes developed by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the field of state registration were approved.
The Decree provides for the integration of the functionality of the State Register of Real Rights to Real Estate into the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services. This will provide citizens with the opportunity to submit applications and receive the results of the provided administrative service in electronic form.

Registry Information

The information of the Register will be supplemented with information on the right of trust as a way to ensure the fulfillment of obligations, information necessary to communicate with the applicant – the subscriber’s mobile phone number and / or email address, as well as information on the price (value) of the real estate object.

According to the amendments, the decision of the competent authority to transfer country houses and garden houses to residential ones without making appropriate changes to the Register is considered sufficient grounds for using these houses as housing, including for registering a place of residence.
Also, the resolution provides for bringing Government acts in line with the latest changes in legislation in the field of state registration.
