Administrative disputes are public law disputes that have arisen between subjects of power on the one hand, and legal entities or individuals on the other hand. The main characteristic feature of an administrative dispute is that it must necessarily be represented by a party to the subject of power, which is a state institution or its official.
Disputes of this nature are resolved by administrative courts in a special order. Administrative disputes have their own characteristics, due to which, without the help of a qualified lawyer, it will be difficult for a person who does not have legal knowledge to fully defend the violated rights or interests.
