Debt collection is the final and decisive stage in resolving a litigation. Often, significant efforts and funds invested to achieve a positive outcome of the trial may be wasted due to the inability to fully exercise their rights during enforcement proceedings. Problems arise both as a result of the passivity of state executors, and as a result of the actions of the opposing party, which impede the procedure for enforcement proceedings. All this, often, significantly delays the terms of debt collection, and sometimes even makes it impossible. That is why, at this stage, control over the process of execution of the judgment is extremely important.
