Legal assistance to military personnel
Legal agency “AKTIV” provides the following legal services to military personnel:
- Legal assistance upon dismissal from military service to military personnel and members of their families.
- Collection of a one-time allowance in connection with the onset of disability and upon dismissal.
- Judicial recalculation of military pensions.
- Protection for wrongful dismissal of military personnel, reinstatement with payment for involuntary absenteeism, cancellation of disciplinary action.
- Collecting compensation for unused collateral (things).
- Appeal against the refusal to grant the status of a participant in hostilities, participants in the ATO and JFO.
