New application forms for registration of legal entities and sole proprietorships come into force on June 1, 2020.

New application forms for registration of legal entities and sole proprietorships come into force on June 1, 2020.

According to 24s to 9s

The number of existing forms is reduced from 24 to 9. At the same time, they will be grouped by types of persons (legal entities and individuals), in respect of which registration actions are carried out.

It is allowed to print the application forms on both sides of the sheet. As before, only those pages containing information to be entered into the register are filled in block letters. At the same time, it is not prohibited, and will not be the basis for stopping the consideration of documents, entering information in the application that is not necessary.

As for the information about the ultimate beneficiary, they are entered and, in the future, updated only if there is another legal entity among the founders of the legal entity, and only if this information requires updating due to changes in information regarding such ultimate beneficial owners.

The Ministry of Justice pays attention

Separately, the Ministry of Justice draws attention to the fact that the submission of applications, in terms of choosing a taxation system, is carried out only from the day the relevant announcement is posted on the website of the Ministry of Justice. That is, from June 1, applications in the designated part will not work yet. Prior to the appearance of the corresponding announcement, as before, a separate registration application should be submitted.

We remind you that earlier the Ministry of Justice clarified the procedure for providing information about the ultimate beneficiaries, as well as determined responsibility for failure to provide such information.
